Opted not to attend
The venue did a terrible job of communicating the weather delay. We decided to NOT drive into town in the storm just to wait around for a show that should have been cancelled. I'm disappointed that three weeks prior, the show was postponed for the second time with no explanation. Received an email @ 6:30 that gates would remain closed due to weather and did not receive another update until 8:30, when to show was to begin, that gates would be opening in 15 min. I feel that at that time refunds should have been given to people that wanted them, especially after having to postpone a whole year because of COVID. I will certainly never purchase tickets at Acsend again simply due to the extremely poor communication and will hopefully get to finally see Buena Vista Social Club - Musical at a different venue.
